A fun party where both girls and boys are coming is to have a pirate theme. For this, you will need some pirate birthday party activities.
Maybe the birthday girl is the Captain of the Ship. Obviously, games like treasure hunt and ‘find the ticking clock before the alarm rings’ are good fun, but one that’s also fun is Walk The Plank To Safety.
For this game, draw a plank on the ground with chalk and blindfold each child in turn. The aim is for the child to walk in a straight line and reach the other side without ‘falling off’. Along each side of the plank, the other children can stand with squirt bottles, pretending to be crocodiles. If the plank-walker ‘falls off’ the plank, the other children can squirt them.
