Outdoor Thanksgiving Games

With Thanksgiving fast approaching, it’s a great idea to up the ante and give your children some fun outdoor Thanksgiving games to entertain them.
Obviously, the weather is becoming a little less predictable at this time of year, so be prepared to have some blankets on hold! With this in mind, encourage your children to get some fresh air and run about.

photo credit: David ReeceYou could play Turkey Tag, where one person is the tagger (the Farmer) who has to chase and try and catch the others. The children running away are turkeys, so must obviously not be caught by the Farmer for fear of becoming Thanksgiving dinner!
