One of the many indoor party games kids will love is Caterpillar Tag.
Each of the children has to lie down on the floor. One person is the tagger, and has to tag the other players. The twist in this version of tag is that all of the players are on the floor, on their front, and have to move like caterpillars.

It’s a great game to play if it’s raining outside, because it doesn’t become too boisterous. My daughters loved pretending to be caterpillars too.
If you want the game to be played outside, maybe the players could become butterflies and have to chase each other flapping their wings!
